The Workouts

Some of the workouts will beat you down.  Some won't.  The Cardioflow workouts, for example, aren't designed for absolute maximum intensity.  They're designed to put you in the optimal fat burning zone. 

Either way, all of the workouts can be easily adapted to be challenging for anyone from the beginner to the conditioned athlete. 

The 12 week program is broken up into two 6-week phases.  The first phase is made up of Cardioflow workouts and Metabolic-Muscle workouts.  The second phase is all Metabolic-Muscle workouts.

The Diet

The Carb-Synch diet is scientifically designed to shed fat while it keeps you energized.  It categorizes meals as low, medium, and high carbs and instructs you on which type of meal to eat on a particular day.  The plan is designed to work with your workout schedule to maximize the results.

They don't spell out exactly what you should eat every day.  It's more like you pick your food and plan your meals according to food categories that match the workouts.
