Burn Fat and Build Lean Muscle In A 10 Minute Workout 

A 10 Minute Boot Camp Workout is short.  No question about it.  But it can be incredibly intense and effective.  A great option if you are short on time.

To see the fat loss and muscle growth, you have to jump from exercise to exercise, and do them all like you mean it.

You are going to need a little bit of space for some of these exercises.  They don’t require equipment, but you will need a little room to move around. 

If you can’t go outside, to a gym, or anywhere else with space to move around, no problem.  Substitute some of the exercises with things that don’t require much space.  For example, if the suggested workout says 20 broad jumps, substitute 20 squat jumps. 

Once you get the hang of these workouts, take some time to familiarize yourself with other exercises you find on this site.  Pretty soon you will be able to put together your own workouts that keep it exciting and challenging. 

The options are almost endless.  Maybe you like one of the suggested workouts, but you want more upper body or core work.  Just go to the chest or shoulder exercises, or core exercises pages, find exercises you want to, and add them to the workout. 

Not only are the exercise options almost endless, a 10 minute boot camp workout doesn’t require any equipment so you can do it anytime and anywhere.

Just make sure you do it like you mean it.  It's only a ten minute workout so make sure you wring all the effort out of yourself you can.
