Fat Burning Boot Camp Workouts You Can Do In 10 Minutes

There are a lot of similarities between the 10 minute fat burning workouts, the 10 minute boot camp workouts, and the 10 minute full body workouts.  That’s because they are similar, and there are no hard and fast rules to separate them.

Boot camp workouts burn fat, fat burning workouts will incorporate a lot of full body exercises, and full body workouts are what boot camp workouts are all about.

So here you have it.  A few more quick workout ideas, that will definitely burn fat.  They will also work the whole body, and they will be made up of exercises that you will probably see in any boot camp class.

That being said, you can improve your fat burning results by knowing a few things about how the body finds fuel to burn for energy.  The Fat Loss 101 page can show you some basics that can improve your results dramatically.  Take a look at it and see if it causes you to adjust your approach.

Remember, these are not just random lists of exercises.  There is a method to this madness.  I want you to tire out a muscle group and immediately move on to the next one.  That way your body keeps moving and keeps working hard throughout the routine.

Before getting into the 10 minute fat burning workouts that may take a little more effort to remember, how about a nice, simple one? Do 10 burpees a minute for 10 minutes.  As that gets easy, add a burpee to each set.

Not long ago a group of us started a workout with 15 minutes of burpees as the warm up.  We did 11 burpees a minute for the first 15 minutes.  That's 165 burpees to warm up.

This 10 minute fat burning workout gets the whole body into the act.  You a little bit of cardio to get started, then progress through full body exercises, upper body push exercises, leg exercises, core exercises, upper body pull exercises, and a combination of ab exercises and burpees to finish off.

The times it will take to get through these 10 minute fat burning workouts will obviously vary from person to person.  Luckily making adjustments is a piece of cake.  It is no more complicated than adding a few more reps or taking some away.  Or maybe you repeat a set of your favorite (or least favorite) exercise.

Another great tip is to check out the modifiers to make the exercises easier or harder, and adjust the number of reps as necessary.
